What Is the rp99 VIP Program?
The rp99 VIP Program is designed to reward the loyalty of our long-standing members. Unlike other platforms that offer only standard bonuses, rp99 builds a comprehensive rewards ecosystem — from monthly cashback and personalised birthday bonuses to priority withdrawals and direct access to a dedicated personal account manager available at all times.
As one of Malaysia's trusted online gaming platforms, rp99 understands that a comfortable gaming experience is not just about winning or losing. It's about feeling valued, being treated with respect, and having access to privileges others don't. That's the spirit behind our VIP program.
Our VIP points system runs automatically. Every time you play — whether it's slots, bingo, fish shooting, or any game in the lobby — you earn points that directly determine your VIP tier. No manual process, no complicated applications. Our system updates your tier every week and notifies you via your account notifications.
Rp99 VIP members enjoy a more exclusive and rewarding gaming experience.

Why Is the rp99 VIP Program Different?
Many online gaming platforms offer a "VIP program" — but most are VIP in name only. At rp99, we designed this program by listening directly to our loyal members. What did they want? Not just more bonuses. They wanted to feel valued, to be served quickly, and to never have to fight for what they deserve.
That is why the rp99 VIP points system is fully automatic. You do not need to fill in forms, wait for manual approval, or contact customer support to claim your rewards. Everything is calculated, updated, and credited by our system instantly. This is not just convenience — it is a mark of respect for your time.
Rp99 also ensures that our VIP promotions never come with complicated hidden terms. We believe in full transparency. Every bonus, cashback, and reward carries clear and reasonable wagering requirements, stated openly on our promotions page.
Your VIP Account Security Is Our Priority
As an rp99 VIP member, your account is protected by an additional security layer. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled by default for all VIP Gold members and above. Every login attempt from a new device requires additional verification, ensuring no unauthorised party can access your account.
All personal data and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions in Malaysia. rp99 also conducts regular internal security audits to ensure our platform remains protected against the latest cyber threats.
Responsible Gaming in the VIP Program
Rp99 believes that being a VIP member should never mean betting beyond your means. Our VIP Program is built alongside our responsible gaming policy. VIP members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through account settings — and these limits are enforced by the system even for Diamond-tier members.
If you need a break from gaming, a self-pause feature is available to all VIP members. Your personal account manager can also help you adjust these settings based on your current needs.
The rp99 platform provides a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all VIP members.
